One weekend, Two Treats for Deep Winter Care in Cleveland, Ohio!
Guided by minga lily, Body Sanctuary Wellness Weekend offers an invitation to feel safe, seen, and supported as you explore the subtle language of your body and nervous system. Feel deeply resourced before entering the season of giving! We all know how energy consumptive the holiday season can be for both body and mind.
In this overwhelming time of year this wellness weekend offers grounding practices that honor your pace and needs. Through focused movement, fascia release, breath-work, self-massage, and deep somatic awareness, you’ll begin to recognize the patterns held in your body—and how they relate to your thoughts, emotions, and personal history.
Saturday December 6th
will be a full day of care and healing at Sacred Hour with morning class, lunch and features the body and soul soothing Sacred Hour Spa in Lakewood, OH.. The spa time is included, both treatment and amenities. The day will end with a meditation in the studio. Our practice focus will be regulating our nervous system through spinal care and deepening our inner resources.
10:30a with practice in the Sacred Hour Studio with curated care for what we are needing support with, including care for the back and spine. Every body will be cared for and learn self care
1-2p Lunch conversation and questions
2 Spa treatments which include your choice of facial, Swedish massage or Korean scrub and amenities which includes sauna, cold plunge, salt therapy (plus robes, slippers, towels and shower products)
4-6 we will finish up in the studio again for yoga nidra, deep meditation for enhancing our inner resources and learning to be in deep.body awareness.
Sunday December 7th
offering is morning workshop and lunch hosted by our own Jessica McGreevey in her beautiful Rocky River home. Our focus will be on digestive power, how to care for our digestive system, and digest our emotions with more presence. The class will be followed by a shared lunch while we nourish and assimilate what we have learned.
