Hip Tension Release

Hip Tension Release

Sitting all day, driving, biking even standing, walking and running make tension in the hips, the gluteal muscles and in the sacroiliac joint. Of course, you can use these self-massagers in the car any time of day, but when you are doing your back bends on the bolster, opening your chest and creating back bends, you can use them under your hips to massage the hip area. One of the favorite ways is to put both balls under one side of the hip and drop the knees to that side making sure the balls stay under your hips. Move to find the most interesting tight areas and roll on those places to help them open. Make sure you get both sides. Notice the difference between left and right. Enjoy making friends with your hips!
